The role

The second product designer on a team of four product managers and twenty engineers. You will own the review workspace end to end, with a design system already in place and a researcher you can borrow every sprint.

What you'll do

• Turn messy legal workflows into clear interfaces

• Run usability sessions with customers every month

• Ship with engineers in two-week cycles and measure what changed

• Extend the design system where it falls short

What you bring

• 4+ years designing B2B software, with a portfolio that shows the problem, not only the pixels

• Comfort with dense information: tables, documents, comments

• Fluent written English; Dutch is not required

Package

€62,000–€74,000, 8% holiday allowance, 28 days off, €1,500 learning budget, two office days a week.

Process

Portfolio review, a 45-minute conversation about one of your projects, a half-day design exercise with the team (paid), and a final call with the CEO.
