The role

You will lead product for the shipper side: booking, tracking and billing, four teams and eleven people in product and design. You report to the CEO and join the leadership team.

What you'll do

• Set a product strategy the teams can repeat back to you

• Hire and coach product managers, including two open roles

• Own pricing and packaging with the commercial team

• Spend time in warehouses and dispatch offices every quarter

What you bring

• 10+ years in product, 3+ leading product managers

• Experience in logistics, marketplaces or another operations-heavy business

• German is a plus, English is the working language

Package

€120,000–€140,000 base, bonus up to 20%, equity, relocation support.
